01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between dewi69 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "dewi69") and you as a registered user (hereinafter referred to as "Player", "you", or "user"). All dewi69 services are provided on an "as-is" basis. 02 Eligibility & Registration

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

During the registration process, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. dewi69 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information provided. Documents that may be required include a national ID, passport, bank statement, or utility bill as proof of address.

03 Player Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at dewi69. Holding more than one account, whether under the same name or a different name, is a serious breach of terms. dewi69 uses advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and all accounts involved will be frozen with all balances forfeited without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. dewi69 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact dewi69 support immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Ensure you log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings panel for an added layer of security.
• Update your password regularly using a strong and unique combination.

Dewi69 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds or when unusual activity is detected on your account. This is a standard security measure designed to protect players from fraud.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Dewi69 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia including DuitNow, FPX, and local digital wallets. All transactions are processed through secure payment channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawals to bank accounts or third-party wallets not associated with your dewi69 account are not permitted.

Dewi69 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own fees which are beyond dewi69's control. Please check with your payment provider for details on any applicable charges.

05 Bonus & Promotions

Dewi69 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for new members and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated in the specific terms of each promotion.

• Wagering requirements refers to the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Some games may not be eligible to contribute toward bonus wagering requirements, or may only count for a partial percentage of the required amount.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe will automatically expire and be forfeited.
• Dewi69 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through dishonest means, abuse, or fraud.

Dewi69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already received that are currently in the process of meeting wagering requirements at the time of the change.

06 Game Rules

07 Player Conduct

Dewi69 is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. As a condition of using the platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Using abusive, offensive, or threatening language in any communication channel on the platform, including live chat.
• Spreading false or misleading information about dewi69 to other players.
• Using any automation software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or interact with the dewi69 platform.
• Engaging in any activity that could cause the platform to become unstable or inaccessible to other players.
• Using the dewi69 platform for any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering.

Violation of any of the above gives dewi69 the right to immediately suspend or close your account and pursue appropriate legal action if necessary.

08 Privacy & Security

Dewi69 takes our responsibility to protect your personal information seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy which forms part of this agreement.

All data transmitted between your device and dewi69 servers is protected by industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Your financial information is never stored directly on dewi69 servers — all transactions are processed through licensed and regulated third-party payment providers.

• Dewi69 will not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and recommended for all accounts to enhance login security.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Dewi69 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same player.
• Suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes.
• Requests by relevant legal authorities.
• The player is on an active self-exclusion list.

If your account is suspended while an investigation is ongoing, your access to funds will be withheld until the investigation is concluded. dewi69 will endeavour to resolve all investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will notify you of the outcome via your registered email.

10 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, dewi69 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses or monetary loss arising from gaming activity.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Delays in transaction processing due to factors beyond dewi69's control, such as third-party banking system disruptions.

In all circumstances, dewi69's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limit does not apply to personal injury or death caused by dewi69's negligence.

11 Terms Amendment

Dewi69 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to players via registered email or a clearly displayed notice on the platform's main page at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in circumstances requiring immediate changes for security or legal reasons.

Continued use of the dewi69 platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they come into effect.
